1. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing an order on Gate Vanguard, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a further email containing the tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
2. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination and the delivery method selected. At present, we do not have detailed information on shipping rates and transit times, but this section will be updated as soon as our shipping service is defined.
Note: Any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, and Gate Vanguard cannot be held responsible for service disruptions or delivery issues independent of our operations.
3. SHIPPING ADDRESS AND DELIVERY
Please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is complete and correct to avoid delivery problems.
If the courier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address or repeated absence of the recipient, the order may be returned to the sender. In such cases, we can arrange a new shipment at an additional cost.

4. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties and import taxes imposed by local authorities.
Gate Vanguard has no control over customs charges and is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
If the customer refuses to pay customs duties and the package is returned, any refund will be issued minus the shipping costs incurred.
5. LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS

Note: If the package is delivered with visible damage, we recommend accepting it with reservation and documenting the damage with photographs before contacting us.
