1. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
Products must be:
– In their original condition, unused and unwashed.
– With all tags and original packaging intact.
– Free of stains, odors, or signs of wear.
Some items cannot be returned:
– Personal accessories (e.g., socks, underwear).
If a return does not comply with these requirements, it may be refused and sent back to the sender.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a request, send an email to [email protected] with:
– Order number
– Reason for the request (return or exchange)
– Photos of the product, if necessary
You will receive return instructions once your request has been confirmed.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
3. SIZE OR MODEL EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or model, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Available options:
– If the requested size/model is in stock, you may proceed with the exchange.
– If it is not available, you may choose another item of equal value or request a return.
4. CUSTOMS AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For orders shipped outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes imposed by local authorities.
Gate Vanguard does not cover these costs and is not liable for delays caused by customs procedures.
If a package is returned to sender due to unpaid duties, any refund will exclude shipping costs and any other fees incurred.
5. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with:
– Order number
– Photos of the issue
After verification, we will provide a free replacement or issue a refund.
