Return and Exchange Policy
1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
If the product does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
• In their original condition, unused and unwashed.
• With all tags and original packaging intact.
• Free of stains, odours, or signs of wear.
Non-returnable items: Personal items for hygiene reasons (e.g., socks, underwear). If a return does not meet these requirements, it may be refused and sent back to the sender.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

• Order number
• Reason (return or exchange)
• Photos of the product, if relevant
We will reply with the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.
3. Size or Model Exchanges
Contact us within 14 days. If the requested size/model is in stock, we'll confirm the exchange. If not available, you may choose another item or request a return. Tip: place a new order to secure availability; we'll refund the original once approved.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with your order number and photos. After verification, we will provide a free replacement or issue a refund, covering the return shipping.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking your return. We refund the product price and standard outbound shipping (not upgraded delivery).
