Shipping Policy
1. Order Confirmation
After placing an order on Gate Vanguard, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours with the details of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a further email containing the tracking number so you can monitor delivery.
2. Shipping Times and Costs (EU Only)
We currently ship within the European Union only (no shipments outside the EU; no P.O. boxes). Carriers: BRT for Italy and DPD for EU destinations via the BRT network.
• Italy (mainland): 1-3 business days
• Islands/remote areas: 2-5 business days
• EU: 3-7 business days, depending on destination
Shipping costs are calculated and shown before checkout based on destination, weight/volume, and service. This section will be updated as soon as rates are finalised.
Note: Any delays caused by the courier are beyond our control, and Gate Vanguard cannot be held responsible for service disruptions.
3. Shipping Address and Delivery
Please ensure that the address you provide at checkout is complete and correct to avoid delivery problems. If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, the order may be returned to the sender. In such cases, a new shipment can be arranged at an additional cost.
4. Lost or Damaged Orders
If a package is lost by the courier or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can open an investigation. We recommend accepting packages with visible damage "with reservation" and documenting it with photographs.
5. Changes and Updates
